A trio of Singapore-based developers, spearheaded by KSH Holdings, has successfully acquired an Euro-Asia apartment building on Serangoon Road, Singapore, for a sum of S$222.18 million ($160 million). This acquisition comes less than two months since the property was put up for collective sale.
Publicly traded developers, KSH and SLB Development, revealed to the local stock exchange on Tuesday that in partnership with H10 Holdings – a private development firm associated with the Ho Lee Group and a Bhutanese individual, they have consented to buy the Euro Asia Apartments. This freehold property, located at 1037 Serangoon Road, was procured at a value that’s 2 percent higher than its initial guide price.
